Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Conditions

We hope you love your purchase from SECOND CHANCE. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can return or exchange your item:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, requests will no longer be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need a valid order or invoice number to make a request. Without it, we cannot process your return or exchange.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Right to Refuse: We may refuse returns if the items don’t meet these conditions. If your return is refused, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Exceptions: Items bought during sale periods are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Online Purchases: Returns for online purchases must be processed directly through our online store.

How to Return Online

  1. Request Your Return: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Simply fill out the return form online or email your request to info@secondchanceonline.com.
  2. Arrange Pickup: We will arrange a pickup for your return, with an additional shipping fee based on your location.
  3. Processing Your Refund: After our quality department approves your return, we will process your refund.

Refunds

We will process your refund after our quality inspection of your returned order. Once accepted, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your purchase, excluding shipping fees. It may take up to 15 days for us to receive your return, and refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days.

Exchanges

Once your returned order is accepted, we will process your new order and any applicable payment difference within 48 hours. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, there will be no additional charges. For exchanges due to sizing issues or if you wish to change the model, we will assess the best possible solution for you during this time.
